Shipping and Distribution Policy

Pep Research Enterprise, inc. provides controlled domestic distribution of research-grade materials within the United States. All shipments are handled in accordance with our quality assurance, temperature-control, and research-use-only (RUO) handling protocols to maintain product integrity and traceability.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is a flat $20 fee for orders totaling under $300. We offer free standard delivery within the U.S. for orders totaling $300 or more.

Domestic Distribution

​

Please allow 2-3 business days for order verification and processing prior to shipment. Delivery timelines represent estimated carrier transit times and begin only after payment confirmation and quality release. Pep Research Enterprise, inc. reserves the right to determine the most secure and reliable carrier or method necessary to preserve shipment integrity and ensure compliance with research transport requirements.

• Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days after payment confirmation

International Shipments

Pep Research Enterprise, inc. does not currently ship internationally. All purchases and deliveries are limited to verified research partners and institutional addresses within the United States.
